'5 a day' is a non-profit PROGRAM whose purpose is to promote the daily consumption of FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
In Peru, we are part of the Nutritional Research Institute.

Why '5 a day'?

Its name is based on the minimum daily consumption of FRUITS AND VEGETABLES recommended by the scientific community for a healthy diet.

What is the message that we want to share?

“Fruits and vegetables: 5 a day! Your health always in shape”

WHAT ARE OUR GOALS?

– Inform about the health benefits of daily consumption of at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.

– Influence the improvement of eating habits in our society.

– Disseminate the message 'Fruits and vegetables: 5 a day! Your health always in shape'

– Increase the per capita consumption of fruits and vegetables of peruvian population until it reaches the recommended level.
